Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fraud early bird offer to shop at big bazaar | |
A series of errors 1. Went to big bazaar vijayawada at 6 p. M. Your ola guy who bad the voucher had left by 5. Big bazaar desk told me no one had come to avail offer and that ola guy had left because all vouchers had been used.. So who's lying? 2. After a lot of hassle on my part and big bazaar customer service got a coupon code over phone, when surprise surprise! Ride wasn't free. I was charged 140 rs anyway! Asked if i could switch to auto.. Was told no.. Nowhere were these reasons like only free till 100 rs or offer valid only on micro written in your coupon! I am seriously contemplating going to consumer court with this issue. I had already sacrificed savings by shopping a day before the sale... I should've at least got a free ride home!! Extremely deceiving behavior on ola's part. Was this information helpful? | |
