Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — high fare than shown on app during booking | |||||
I booked a auto from poonamallee to t nagar, on 15/01/19 the actual fare should be around 215 rs, but while getting down it shown 485, i argued and paid to the driver. Immediately i registered a complaint with customer care, ticket no[protected], they told refund will be through ola money within 24 hrs. Nothing happened till today, i called yesterday, they told technical issue, they told wait for 48 hrs. How to reach you also, it is very difficult. Ola - tell us when it will be solved. Ola, try to understand the customer pain. Also understood the future will be customer driven business, If you are neglecting customer voice, the customer will avoid your service First receive customer concerns and revert on those Hope to get any turn around.
