[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — i paid two times to ola credit but transaction got failed and amount has been debited but ola has not refunded money. worst customer care | |||||
I paid rs.500 to ola credit 2 time on 7th of march but i did not get refund of the money till now. I called customer care many times but they don't have any decency to talk. They directly told me that i have to contact bank. I don't know why they are doing like. This is worst service. I want my 1000 rs back. My transaction references are given below : 1. 07/03/2018-iin/i-debit/ola money/[protected]-rs. 500 1. 07/03/2018-iin/i-debit/ola money/[protected]-rs. 500 I want refund of that money asap.
