Hi,
Booked a bike at 7:40 am for my work location, had a word with the driver, he confirms he will be there, but after 10-15 min he cancelled the ride, make me late for an official meeting,
Is this the kind of professionalism taught to your driver's, running a business in such firms, u need to understand the value of time of other people, if we r paying so much just for pick n drop, the value of others time should be understood
I would be highly obliged if the complaint is taken into consideration and proper action is took for same.

I am not using the Ola account for any fake ride...My account is being blocked just because some of the [censored] drivers were not willing to drop me on the drop location..And some of them were unreachable via phone either their phone was busy or unreachable...I had to suffer a lot just because of this.Kindly reopen my account

I booked a cabe in night 11:00 o 'clock .because i going to morning 6:00 i to secundrabad to tirupati.but at a time cabe was cancel on same time .
Next time i book cabe but not correct loction found in service system.

Also after downloading the app it says it needs internet inspite of connected to WiFi

There are very rude drivers, sometimes they abuse verbally with inappropriate terms... Complete lack of professionalism.
Unsafe for booking, especially for girls who travel alone.
