I booked a cab at 8.45am today[protected] around to my office. The driver asked my otp and started talking to me rudely. He suddenly stopped the trip and asked me to get down. When i tried to call ola support, he ran with his auto. At support, they wanted to talk to driver for real time feedback but i could not make him talk as he had already ran away. They said they will take the necessary steps to resolove it but how would i get to know it.in between all this, my money got deducted and asked the support for a refund. They simply raise their hand and told they cant help it as the ride was stopped as per client's request. Then i tried to reach ola through its facebook page. There also they did the same thing. I am not complaining here for my loss of money. But i just want to raise a point that how irresponsibily they have taken up the matter. And there is no provision if this kind of issue pops up.
