On 01.10.2016 i booked a taxi from new delhi railway station to nangloi delhi. I received a sms driver rakesh kumar ([protected]) hp01u0405 osn[protected] at 11.27 pm is on the way. But he did not reached at the spot. I called him telephonically to go to my destination. He abused me (I have recording).
