Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — money theft, as ride cancellation

From last few month, ola app is not working properly while booking cab or auto. I have not received any confirmation while searching and it is showing try again but on background, something has processed and after 10 min ride has booked but meanwhile, i may book another ride.
In that situation, the earlier rides i have to cancel and ola are deducting some amount, which they should not do, as you people are failed to provide service to your customer in the right way but still, you are taking money, it seems you are theft from me.
Kindly resolve the issue and stop to bloody business.
