Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — my account is blocked for 10 days

Hello,
I am susmitha, a regular customer of ola
And recently have faced a problem of the ola app. My ola account has been blocked for ten days by which causing me inconvenience in booking a cab for my travelling purpose. I contacted customer care, they said to write a grievance since i have violated the rules. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
