I scheduled an ola ride well in advance (12th august) as i had a morning flight to catch on 13th august 18. I had scheduled my ride for 13th august at 6:55 am and i got a confirmation for this booking as well mentioning that i will receive the cab details 30 minutes in advance.
To my surprise, on 13th august just 7 minutes before departure i. E at 6:47 am i got a sms from ola saying that there are no cabs available and they will revert back soon.
These people charge us if we caancel our ride but when i opened the app, i was shoocked to find no rides scheduled for me. I immediately called ola support and the support representative (Anjali) told me that my ride was canceled as there were no rides available and told me that this is done by the system!
This has happened for the second time with me and i had been telling ola multiple times that they need to change the logic here. What's the point of scheduling a ride well in advance and still getting in to such type of embarrassment. Was this information helpful? |
