Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Offer did not work | |||||
I had got a popup of an offer in my olacabs application saying "get flat Rs. 100 cashback on first 2 cashlessrides on ola. Coupon code for the same was CASHLESS. So today i booked a cab and applied coupon code for the ride and my code was applied successfully. But while billing at the end of the ride i did not get my cashback and my bill was 148Rs. which got deducted from my Ola wallet. So if the coupon code was applied than why didnt i receive my cashback. Please look into this matter and revert back as soon as possible. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

Ola cabs drivers were not working properly they were taken more money than ride fare my ride was CRN[protected] OLA DRIVER TAKEN MORE MONEY THAN RIDE FARE
