When i reached ola support for reporting my cab broke down, i was kept waiting for more than 40 minutes but none answered my call. Today again i followed up and neeraj and vikram from customer support answered my call, to my surprise they said, there is nothing they can do. Car was not in a good condition, barely functioning and finally stopped working, customer support wasn't responding, where am i at fault in this or driving with ola was my fault. Finally being on the call with them for 35 mins they disconnected my call without any resolution. Was this information helpful? |
