I had ordered a biryani through OLA food app but as discount was not applied so I cancelled immediately. Customer care confirmed the refund in next 7-8 days. This payment was deducted through OLA postpaid.
Now Ola food is refunding the amount and OLA postpaid is sending bill and adding late fees.
I have sent multiple email at customer but no resolution yet..No direct customer care number has been provided for resolving this issue.
