Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola is asking me money twice for 1 ride | |||
I had taken ola auto ride on 1st january 2019 at 8.22 pm. Driver's name is nandu ghodake. Crn [protected]. Total bill -186 rupees. Actually i paid the driver in cash. But ola took 7 rupees from my ola money wallet and added 179 rupees in ola postpaid. I tried to lodge complaint many times but i couldn't open my ride details in the app. Now ola is calling me every day to pay my amount and it says that if i won't pay legal action will be taken. I finally could open my ride details now and i called ola customer care but they said that they couldn't see my ride details as they cannot see data more than 2 months. And i will have to pay 179 rupees to continue using ola services and they cannot help me in anyway. Why should i pay money twice if it is ola's mistake. It created miscommunication between driver and there company. Why should i pay money. And how can you not see any data. Customer care is hopeless and they don't help. Check my previous rides and see i have paid my every amount. This is clear looting. Plz remove the charge against my ola account and stop calling me.
