[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola money not accepted, charged extra as cancellation charge | |||
Team, I had booked Ola Auto today, after reaching the location he said company will take 3-4 days to give money so I don't accept Ola money if you give cash then only I will come. I asked him then why are you working with ola. Since I was getting late to doctor appointment I told him fine I will give cash I have no time to wait for another auto. He asked me to cancel, I told him it will unnecessarily cost extra for me as cancellation charge. So I asked him to either cancel from his side or forward to other nearby auto. Now it's asking me to pay cancellation charge. I don't want to pay even a single rupee as cancellation charge. For everyone it's hard earned money, for any reason i dnt want to waste it. My Ola account had been blocked without any reason I guess on just false COMPLAIN made by their driver partners but my account had been blocked and the customer care is unable to EXPIALN me the actual reason of that even paying the charges to Ola the Ola blocks their customers account without any proper reasons
