Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola money not credited into my account | |||||
I have recharged 250 rs two times today(09.11.2016) at 12.44 pm and 12.50 pm. Amount got debited from my account. But not credited into my account. I called customer care people. They asked me to take ride and before 10 minutes of completing ride asked me to call. We will help you like that they told. But Finally they did not help me. I got into embarrassed situation. Then Finally I got money from my colleague and paid it. Poor responsibility and answer. Hereafter I will not use OLA Cabs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
