[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — OLA MONEY Payment Unprofessional | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have took a OLA Cab and selected payment method as OLA Money. After completing the trip, my OLA money got deducted. But Driver was not accepting that payment as money and he was complaining the OLA stating that he won't get the amount from OLA if customer choosen payment method as OLAMONEY. Irrespective of explaining, he is totally not agreeing with my words and he demanded the trip cost in Cash. Finally I paid the amount to him. While complaining this matter to OLA Support team via below reference, they were simply saying Sorry with out taking any further action. [Ola Support] #[protected] Unprofessional conduct. They haven't called either Driver or Myself till now to resolve this issue. Their support team simply replying email with out understanding issues. This will lead Driver can do any mistakes with customers and OLA Support team never cares about any customer complaints. Please advise how to file a case on this matter to resolve this issue. Nov 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved OLA Support team recovered the amount and refunded to my OLAMoney account.
