Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola money refund not initiated | |||
I have taken a pre-booked ride with ola on 16 april 2019 at 07.00am from ghaziabad railway station to rama medical college. Bill amount generated was 470inr, mode of payment i selected as ola postpaid. When i have taken a tried, the driver has denied the duty if i won't pay cash amount for the taken ride. As i was early morning and i supposed to reach my destination on time. Without any argument with the driver, i agreed to pay the cash. As soon as the ride got completed, i raised the complaint ticket to ola as adjust my ola postpaid amount as i have already paid this in cash. After the complaint also ola has not taken any action on this. I have raised a complaint almost 10 times. After a month ola postpaid bill got generated and that bill was having the amount which i have already paid to ola cab driver in cash. When i denied paying the extra amount, they threaten me to take legal action against me, even though i was not at the wrong end. Ola has added late fee payment amount as add-ons and mentally harassed me by calling 10 times in a day. One fine day legal team on ola named nitin - [protected], assured me that if i pay the due ola postpaid amount they will refund me all the amount in my ola wallet. I have done the payment of int 758 on 8 august 2019 against the postpaid bill and expecting a refund from there end. Still, i didn't get a response back, i tried calling that number again and he has blocked my number. When i contacted ola support for the same, for almost 1 hour they have been transferring my call from one department to another stating this is not our department issue and ended up the call stating will call you back in 24hr.
