The driver tricked and convinced to end the trip on day 1 stating that the charges will be applied only for 1 day.
When the bill was received it was charged for 3 days 470 kms while the usage was only one day (115 km). This was not informed before ending of the trip. There is no meter. Neither digital nor physical.
I called up support team and it took 30 mins to reach them. I informed them about the issue that i have utilised the cab for 1 day so the charges must be for one day or if you want to charge me for 3 days then the trip must be continued for 3 days.
After two hours of conversation they inform that i have to pay for 3 days and they will not provide service for 3 days because the trip has ended on their system.
I feel duped because ola has not informed me before ending the trip the consequences and the bill that will be generated. The driver has tricked and convinced to end the trip in one day. Also, the resolution provided by team support to continue the trip for 3 days of being charged for 3 days was not provided. Neither the bill was amended to 1 day. They charged for 3 days while the actual use remained 1 day.
