I recently planned a tour to ooty from Chennai. I had booked ola outstation cab for saturday morning 4.30am, 11.08.2018. I was told that cab driver details will be shared one hour before the trip. I called the ola customer care regarding the reliability of the service and I was doubtful about the cab. But the customer support people assured that I will definitely get the cab. As promised I recieved the cab driver details before one hour and within few minutes, the cab driver cancelled the trip. And later I tried to book ola outstation for several times and finally booked a cab and the cab driver asked higher rates than the tariffs mentioned in app and he rudely cancelled the trip. I was with my old parents and in laws with my 1.5year baby and suffered in the station because of the commitment assured by ola. This is one of the worst service provided by ola. I am in plans to file case against these ppl for cheating people by quoting less prices and make people suffer. Was this information helpful? |
