I booked a ola ride on feb 19th that ride was cancelled because the driver denied to pickup the duty. But i got the late fee charge of rs 40 on my ola account. I informed this issue to the ola support and they replied in mail that im eligible for the refund (Proof attached) of the incorrect charge of rs 40 and they said to pay the late fee charge on my next ride and inform them so that the late fee will be refund back. I took a ride in ola on oct 9th the driver has charged earlier late fee charge of rs 40 and also extra 7 rs additonal charge. I updated this to the ola support through email to refund the late fee charge and the extra 7 rs over charged by the driver. But now they said they dont have any record of the earlier travel details and they cannot refund this amount. I sent of couple emails to ola support but the reply from the customer support is also not satisfactory. I would request you to take necessary stepts to resolve this issue.
