I am trying to pay off five hundred rupees credit offered by ola as per their prestigious customer policy.
However if i try to pay it back, the message pops up saying "we are unable to process, please try again later." but each day ola is increasing it by 1 or 2 rupees.
I am just fed up of ola!!! Trying to reach via phone, app and email.
Absolutely no revert from support teams, worst customer care i have ever experienced.
First of all ola team will not respond and are imposing extra money as well!!
Why should i pay extra for each day if ola teams are not reachable on phone and on email.
