I was taking OLA ride on daily basis for 2 times in a day, i had purchased OLA Share Pass, which will allow ride for 15 Kms for 119 rs flat ride cost, but after finishing the ride i was getting bill as 170, 160 etc, i called customer care & asked regarding the same that time they said me its not in our hand it is decided by system, we can't do anything, that time i said ok fine but i will not pay the ola credit if this happens then they said ok as your wish, but now they are calling me & asking to clear the dues, im also asking them to make the correct in invoice where i get over charges reduce it then I will pay the same. But they are not responding it to query im not ready to pay overcharges, as i need to pay double 1st for OLA share pass & over charges too. Even in call i'm not saying i will not pay i will pay the dues but i don't want to overcharges as it misleading the share pass from OLA. below details

The share pass benefit says no overcharges, but i got overcharges. for 15 kms. As daily i was travelling for 14.5 Kms one side, i said customer care to raise the ticket but they didn't raise any tickets, instead of ticket they saying its system decides, i asked ok let me speak with your developer of the system, but also no answer from them everything they put simply on system we do not have anything on our hands.
