Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — overcharges paid unnecessarily | |||
On 21.09.2017 i had booked a ola cab from narkel bagan, kolkata to eden gardens, kolkata. Unfortunately after riding about 2kms from my pick up location the cab had some technical issues (Driver told me that battery was down). So i couldn't proceed further. As per the driver's advice, he stopped the ride and i had to pay 99 rupees. Again i had to pick another ola cab from that location to my destination for which i had to again pay the bill. So i think i have paid 99 rupees extra for my ride because of the failure of the cab for which i shouldn't be responsible.
