Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — pathetic and horrible customer care response | |||||
I had done the booking on 26th dec from poisur gymkhana to sion crn no [protected]. I have linked my card with the app and also ola money. But my relative was travelling that dat, they did the payment thru cash. After that i am unable to do any booking as it states that please clear your due ot rs 501/- i assume that your systems are in place and also you can view the remarks. If i would have not done the payment, will that driver leave us???. Earlier to that also, my account was suspended, for no rerason, if the driver tells me to cancel the booking what i my fault and why 50rs is charged to me. Thats absurd. I have already sent a mail to your customer care grienvance @olacabs.com in 1st week of jan, but till date no response. I want to delink my account asap and also want the ola money refunded.
