This all started when I booked a cab and from your company and got the amount added to the account for 335 to which when reached the destination was debited from my account .After a day or two started getting calls from the OLA customer care center that the amount is still owed on the account whenever did try to ask for the manager they refused and when did try to explain that its been paid didn't listen and stated u have to make a payment to avoid any legal actions taken . Have sent in multiple requests on the olla support that to which I get a standard reply that working on the issue and after that no solution .Now I am getting mentally harassed by the phone calls as most off them are way too rude, aggressive and not willing to listen at all, been with you guys for so long never faced such kind off humiliation for such a small amount. Need to get this looked into at the highest level as its getting over my nerves and have to take further actions .
