I have attached my car hr55y-2079 honda amaze. They are considering all rental booking as invalid booking. As per booking all condition are fulfilled, they are taking their commision as well but taking reverse all days incentive. Booking done by me as per the customer route, making bill of less km. On calling helpline no, saying system i not allowing, system fetches km i correct but always difference was their of 6 km. I have visited ola office 6 time gives lot of complaints but always says we have mailed to the concern team they will revert. I have escalate the complaints to all level all times giving me faith go home we will call you till evening but no one reply or call.in last they says it will not revert to you as invalid bookings. Incentive of may, 23rd not given till now as complaint close on 28th may with resolution (You are eligible for the incentive that will be credit in your account in 7 working days, today i called again helpline no they said their is not such resolution here and on that day same issue invalid booking.
