[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — payment made but not updated by ola | |||
Hi team, I have completed my ola ride on 26 dec 2018 worth rs.215, and i have made payment through upi ola ([protected]@axisban/axis bank ltd) on 2 jan 2019. It's also reflecting in my bank statement but i am getting continuous calls and sms about payment apart from this customer care is very far from us in today's busy world their bangalore numbers don't even answer even also don't have customer care email address where we can report such things, my feature ridings are barred just because of rs.215 which i already paid.
