Dear team, On 27th dec i booked a ola cab from cuttack to bhubaneswar after driver denied i cancelled the same but after 5 minutes the driver called me and threaten me why you canelled the same with reason driver denied and also threaten to me for blocking of my ola app as well. Is this the way to behave with customer where ola having a very good market reputation. It clearly shows hampered your brand value. Pls take appropriate actiin for the same.
