Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — regarding ola services

Hello i want to lodge a complaint on ola cab services. I don't know why they even have the cab services when they don't have professional drivers.. If we book the cab drivers will deny the duty.. It almost happened to me 4 times single day.. If they don't want to take the ride why will they even accept and why are they having this job?? This seems ola executives are not taking any serious action on drivers and they do whatever they want.. I suggest uber over ola..

I booked Ola on 05/04/2019 in Mumbai. I forgot my bag in cab. Driver confirmed that he has bag in car and he told me he will deliver it to Ola chakala office. Now from yesterday driver is not picking up the phone and neither Ola customer care. Now I dont know in which condition my bag is
