I paid the driver karmir singh by cash as he told me he didn't got money through ola money.. And when i checked ola deducted my money from my ola money account... This is ridiculous please refund my money as soon as possible.. Crn no. Ons[protected] And driver behaviour was worst, he had drunk and chewing gutka while driving. SUV booked one day in advanced and it was cancelled without intimation. Who will compensate for the inconvenience caused to our parent. Ola is so irresponsible. do they have any concern abt there customers. how can i make i punish them. should i approach consumer court
