Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Regarding the Driver | |||||
Hi this is Neeta Shahi booked a ola share for at 8.45 Am from my residence mohammdpur to R561 New Rajinder Nagar Part 2 and fare is around Rs 75 but the driver named Jeet Singh having white wagonR DL1RTB2850 and his contact no. is [protected]. The driver took very long route and spend 25 minutes in R.K.Puram where the place in not at all related to my route and during the journey he abused me and left me at the place which is unknown to me. Even my journey is horrable and incompled but still the ola driver has deducted the amount from my ola money. I submitted a feedback to ola itself but no revert found from the concern co. Kindly do something because i really feel bad and decided not to take any cab in future. This was my worse experience ever in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||||
