Dear sir
I am one of the ola partner running 3 cabs with ola, my name is abhimanyu a roy prop of roy tours & travels, mobile no is [protected], it is high time, we are frustrated with ola system. As my vehicle mh47n3776 is charged repeated penalty for fraud booking without any such frauds. We contacted to all the possible source of ola but everyone is helpless and always give us excuse that sir this is decided by ola system, till now at least 5 times penalty is being charged and whenever we talk to ola dispatch section on [protected] they tell us that sir we dont have any information and is decided by our system so we can't do anything about this.
