I took a ride on Aug 12 2018 to airport and added card payment...it did not directly deduct from my card. So, I am back to India recently and I got a msg on May 28 to pay the bill. Hence, I paid it. Again on June 5, I got message again to pay the bill and when I opened the app it asked for payment to book another ride. Hence, I paid again. A total of 2 times money was deducted for a single ride. I tried to contact support but I was not able to do so. I would like to request for a refund. I have a screenshot of both payments
