Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — rude behavior of ola cab driver | |||
Yesterday morning my daughter(From her Mobile No.[protected] ) had booked Ola cab from Andrahalli Vidyamanya nagar 3rd cross to HSR Layout. As against the pickup point the cab driver was waiting in 4th cross. When called him he told we have to come to his place since pickup location is 4th cross. He was answering in arrogant manner. Then we by walk(around 200 meter) went to 3rd cross main road and called him to come there. He came there and before getting inside the car we asked him why he has not come to actual pickup point and we will report to Ola. Suddenly in a rude manner he told us to cancel the booking. Without waiting for our reply he started car and went, he him self cancelled the trip. That cab driver name is Pradeepa Y. I have enclosed screen shot of cancellation bill received from you. Later we booked Uber cab at much lower cost(Rs. 230 as against your charge of Rs.494). I am asking why you people engage cabs of these rude behavior drivers ? Please give me the reply.
