Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — rude ola driver shouted in foul/vulgar and abusive language | |||
Booked an ola ride (Vehicle number: tn 11 v 2358) today morning and after a wait time of 10 minutes (He was dropping off another customer) he arrived at the pick point. When i was about to board, he asked me whether the mode of payment is cash or ola money. He asked me to cancel the ride when i responded as ola money. Since i was in urgency and i already waited for 10 minutes, i told him that he could have called and told me to cancel the ride instead of making me wait for 10 minutes. He became furious and started shouting in all sorts of offensive foul and vulgar language. When i said i will raise a complaint with ola he responded that nothing will happen with such complaints. Really a disappointing and disgusting experience with ola. Such an unprofessional drivers should be removed from ola. When ola is promoting customers to use ola money, drivers are abusing customers for using the same. Time to say good bye to ola and start using uber. Disgusting customer service.
