Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — service and behaviour of driver | |||
Today i had booked ola cab at 6:00pm from marineline mumbai to laminghton road. While booking it was showing me that cab is 2 mins away however after several communication the driver couldn’t find the marine line station and he also couldn’t come to my booking spot. It was like driver didn’t know the place. So after waiting 20 mins i cancelled the ride. The driver first called me and told me to pay the charge as he was moving and trying to find but i never found his car in map moving in my direction, so i denied. Then what the cab driver sent me message is as follows “teri maaki chut bhosdike maa chudane ke liye book kiya tha jaahil. Ki aulad bola tha na rukne tere baap ka gas tha kya madar chod” Is this the way to talk to a client? Is this the service? I never found any other ola driver to be behaved like this.
