Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Subject I am complaining about is Driver behaviour | |||
On 18th January, 2017 I booked a cab for my grand father and uncle. i patiently waited for the cab to arrive. the cab driver passed my lane and decided to take a very long unnecessary U-turn. After my father explain the locations to the driver, i waited on the road for 10 minutes. I called the driver up and asked him where he is because we had been waiting for the cab for over 20 minutes. Because I spoke in a higher volume, the Driver cut my call and just cancelled the booking leaving us cab less and after wasting 20 minutes of our time. At the same time, i have called him 10 times his phone not being reachable or not picking up. The Drivers name is Md Khan and mobile number is [protected]. Ola Cabs really needs to make their drivers a little more polite in taking to their customers before they loose all their loyal customer like I was. Was this information helpful? | |||
