Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Tariff charged 3 times higher than normal rate without any information - fraud service | |
Crn:[protected] Ticket 18764675 I used ola cab on 4th sep at 2.15pm ;that was no peak hour and also i have not requested for peak booking and that was my normal requirement only. No message was received after booking and also no information about the peak hour booking. Driver called and came after sometime and also not informed about any peak hour charges applicable. While get down from the cab only we came to know the charges 3times higher than normal rate. that was rs.900 instead rs.300 for the same route. Atlast i have paid rs.900 It was very old car and also very poor condition inside ;no a/c effect. The cab was not at all worth to pay this much of amount. My suggestion to ola; don’t cheat prime customer like us and follow the below points to avoid this type issue with customer. • even if it available in apps for pick charges, also should send the auto message for 3times higher charges applicable. • also instruct drivers to inform the applicable tariff to customer before start. • display “rate meter” required to see the amount then & there in all cab while journey like other cabs (example : fast track).
