Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unable to understand the cancellation charges | |||
I had already paid the cancellation charges of rs 15 in my previous ride. But even after the payment it is showing the same message of charging me cancellation charges while booking ola auto. I am unaware as to for which ride i have been charged the cancellation charges. I would like full details of the same with valid justification for cancellation charges being levied.
