The driver, on the contrary, neither came for pick up nor cancelled the ride. I was waiting inordinately for more than 30 min but in vain. I send umpteen messages to you via your support system. No response yet from your end. How do you plan to compensate my wait time. Do you want to take yourb customers to task? Hope you contemplate a live support system to save customers' time.
