Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unrealistic hike in fare | |||||
Dear officer, On 20th january at about 11.34 pm i had booked olacabs from pune station to kondhwa. At the time of start the fare shown before booking was rs. 200. To my surprise, total fare was 485 rs for 8.1 kms (22 min ride). There was no peak hours, no traffic congestion. This amount deduction is beyond any logic. Since then i have lost my faith in ola and stared journey through uber. Please resolve my problem immediately and reverse the excess fare (Rs. 285/-) paid by me. Detail of trip.
