Date of incident-25/10/2017 Client number- CRN 11827678 I booked a Prime SUV, which came to pick my passengers but lastly refused to take them with no reason. The name of the driver is Dhananjay Dubey. He told us he cannot pick 7 passengers though while booking through the app, it shows a Prime SUV holds 6-7 seats. Lastly, I told him even to pick 6 of my passengers, but he went away with his car literally slanging us. I don't know why he behaved like this but being a regular customer of OLA cabs, I want strict action against him unless I will be bound to knock the doors of consumer forum.
