Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unusual delay in dl verification to take car leasing service

On 1st march my friend paid a initial amount of 4000 for car leasing service. He has submitted all document but still they are telling DL verification yet to over n waiting for our update. Now if my friend calling to nagavara office they are not responding to his call. Even he also submitted DL extract but still saying wait wait. Bad exp with ola. This is the way ola provide services to customers. Very very bad experience with ola. If he ask for refund they will tell will give your car soon and one more thing asking for pay remaining amount also. Please give a solution to this kind of bad service.
