Reg my recent booking with ola cabs for prime play 09 dec'18 crn [protected], i was very much upset due to the cab driver, he came to my pickup place and asked dropping place then refused me to board & asked to cancel the trip. Even i was in hurry to catch my train (Planned well to reach station by taking extra time) & i was politely asked as "why don't you say this before arriving my pickup place since i was wasted 15 minutes to reach my location & saying will not go to central railway station?" (My dropping location)
But, was rudely answering & questioning me as why don't you call & ask, as he will accept the pickup or not & saying to cancell the booking & even if you want to complain then do it etc" where as there is no mistake from my side...!!
It was my prestigious guest & i was arranged the trip & he behaved in front my guests more over they had a very tough time to catch the train...
Myself forced to go along with the guest & return back to home by paying double the charges, even i was having some other important schedule & more over stress for everyone as they may not catch the train etc. Also gusts are from other state, language issue, ladies etc.
But, when i made complaint ola team not taken any step??? But, ola system says as rs.50 will be charged next trip???
This is not professionally managed customer care services...
I was looking for the compensation for the trouble & inconvenience caused for our whole family & guest.
I had complained but no action till now...
