Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — wrong fare in ola outstation trip | |||
I booked ola outstation trip for my mother from meerut to delhi airport on 18 oct.in total fare insurance fee of rs 99, was wrongly included. On top of that there was no customer support to resolve male practice done by driver. He took longer path and incurred 26 kms more that what ola estimate was (Same as in google maps). Also the driver took both way toll and startes arguing with my mother. Since she is senior citizen, i asked her to not argue further. So in short in starting estimated fare was rs 730 but total fare after the trip came out to be rs 1349. There is no way to contact ola customer care, provided number is always busy.
