Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — wrong waiting charges levied

On 13 th 0ctober I booked ola cab from Vivek khand 4 Gomti Nagar Lucknow to Sahara Ganj Mall.. for which fare shown was Rs 119/-. Driver Adarsh Saxena, CRN[protected] Micro- White WagonR .Driver could not reach the location, however i tried to guide the driver.. in fact i even walk down from my location to the nearest point where the cab was located.. however driver again could not trace me.. after 15 minutes i traced the cab.. I was shocked to see the bill.. driver added Rs 27 towards waiting fees which i refused. Since it was through ola money postpaid.. payment was to be made in future date. Meanwhile I also wrote to ola support team for reversal of amount so that payment can be made for the correct amount.. however they did not paid any heed to my request. Now ola team has generated the ola money postpaid bill with wrong amount i.e. Rs 147 instead of Rs 119.. request you to look into the matter.. as I am not going to pay Rs 27 as waiting fees.
