Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — wrongly charged money at ola cabs | |||||
On 16 th march morning 4.20 am i booked ola for journey to secunderabad station to catch a train, i was shown a fare of 230 rs first. But after some part of my journey my cab was unable to go due to tire puncture. After that the cab charged 96 rs. But after that there were no direct help provided by ola cab or the driver. I tried booking another cab on their app, but prior to the booking the other drivers cancelled the bookings and money got charged from olamoney wallet (50 rs). Disappointing fact is ola is not accepting their fault or returning any money. On the time of need i was not provided with any help and now when i am trying to contact them they are telling its not their fault. Was this information helpful? | |||||
