Ola Cabs Driver Misbehave — Misbehaviour of driver | |||
I had the sadest of the experience with and the driver abused me. He denied the service when I called saying you have done wrong booking and he mentioned that He don't go to Gurgaon. I requested him to cancel if that is the case. He said I will not go and cancel it. I kept waiting for the cancellation till 10.50 after which I called him 3 times but he didn't pick then I cancelled it. The moment I did it I got a call from him saying that I am mad. I retaliated then he went worst and abused like anything. Pls take immediate action against this person who is maligning the imag of the company for personal petty interest. I expect action taken reply from your end.
