Ola Cabs — Driver rudeness and loss of time | |||||
Dear ola, I had made a booking for office from hanumanthnagar to nahavara at 8.45 am on the 26th of july 2016. The following are the booking details driver name - kuttappa sm, mobile number-[protected], white indica, vehicle number - ka04d2221. My otp number for the ride[protected]. I. Ve called immediately after booking and till 9.20 am he was telling he was reach my place within 5 minutes. Once he reached my place he didnt stop ola cab. Even i called him he didnt response by that time and blocked my call. Because of this issue i had missed meeting by 10.15 with my one of client. I lost my client because of this issue. I'd lost my client and loss of my time. He wasted my time and didnt tokld me to book new cab. I can go to the consumer court for the loss i have suffered due to your system and negligence. This is very unfrare that you charge an extra 2.1 time of the fare when it is pickup or rush hour. When demand of cars are more you charge 2/ 3 toes more than the fare. Do you reduce the price when there is less demand? No you do not. This is down right cheating. I am going to the media giving details what you do.
