Ola Cabs — Improper treatment and directly cancelled our cab | |||||
To ola autority, This is with respect to my booking on friday 04.08.16 on ola cab. Driver name : sunil [protected] dezire mh12 gz 5363 uv code 3732. I have booked the car, car reached akurdi but he was not ready to come to our location, then however we managed and sat in the car and moved some distance in rains and suddenly driver told that your booking is cancelled you must get down of the car as ola cancelled your booking, which is really embarrassed us along with guest (Includes 2 senior citizens) and make us out of car in heavy rain, when we moved out he taken away the car with our material includes umbrella and when we called and asked for that he is telling you should come to ola kharadi office to collect those ubrella costing 300/- (If we consider the distance umbrella collection will cost me rs.5000 /-) which is not our mistake. We will donate those umbrella to ola cab and their irresponsible system and driver, but we need strict action against driver and your systems and apologies letter from ola cab or we will lodge complaint against ola in grahak manch.
